MSI today announced new gaming notebooks that are powered by the latest generation Intel processors: the 6th Intel Core i7 Skylake CPU. The Skylake is based on 14nm architecture, use lower power and deliver better performances for hardcore gaming as well as overclocking.
MSI is the first company that launched gaming notebooks with the Skylake in the gaming notebook market, with its enhanced exclusive technologies and several new and powerful gaming features, including ESS SABRE HiFi Audio DAC for authentic sound effects, supports high-res audio and deliver superior sounds; the new Silver Lining Print design keyboard; MSI Super RAID 4 technology and DirectX 12 effects in Windows 10.
MSI GT72 Dominator Pro G is powered by the Intel Core i7-6829HK or Intel Core i7-6799HQ, depends on your choice; and has an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980M or GTX 970M graphics cards, supports NVIDIA G-Sync, Cooler Boost 3 and up to 32GB of DDR4-2133 RAM.
MSI GS70 Stealth / GS 60 Ghost Series is powered by the Intel Core i7-6700HQ processor, has an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M or GTX 960M graphics cards and supports up to 16GB of DDR4-2133 RAM.
MSI GE62 / 72 Apache Pro Series is powered by the Intel Core i7-6700HQ and has an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M or GTX 960M graphics cards and supports up to 32GB of DDR4-2133 RAM as well as USB 3.1 type-C.
All of these gaming notebooks from MSI have Silver Lining Print keyboards from SteelSeries, ESS SABRE HiFi Audio DAC (GT72 Dominator Pro G, GS70 & GS60), Sound By DynAudio speakers and supports True Color Display Technology.
Currently, MSI has not released any word about pricing or availability for these upcoming gaming notebooks yet.
